Our dentists and team at Hiner Family Dentistry love meeting patients and getting to know them during checkups and consultations. Your First Dental Visit
During your first appointment, we’ll ask you about your oral health history and any worrisome symptoms you might have noticed in your mouth recently. We’ll also go over any specific goals you might have for your smile. After examining your mouth (and removing any plaque and tartar we find), we’ll let you know what, if any, oral health issues we found so that we can schedule the necessary follow up appointments to address them.
New Patient Forms
With the link below, you can download our new patient forms. You can wait to fill them out until after you get to our dental office, of course, but if you complete them at home, you can shave several minutes off the amount of time that you spend in our waiting room.
